2 Responsibilities & Context:

  • Real Estate Sales Selling Apartments and Commercial Space.
  • Achieve the monthly sales objective. Find prospective clients by going door-to-door. Schedule project visits with clients as needed.
  • Maintain and update the client database.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Plan and implement a marketing plan for your real estate firm.
  • Plan, coordinate, and carry out promotional efforts for all products and services. Where necessary, give logistical support to the firm.
  • Set monthly and annual sales targets. Execute sales objectives and action plans to meet and exceed targets. Meet with prospective clients.
  • Maintain appropriate customer connections with international clientele.
  • Keep track of how the market is performing.
